Consulting services on all employee relations issues, employee interventions, all disciplinary processes, updating of Employee Relations policies and procedures in an effort to reduce the current cost situation and service delivery requirements and in turn, increase efficiency, operational effectiveness and reduce overall disciplinary matters within the business.
We will assist with all the functions needed to undertake specific operational and disciplinary dismissals, all dialogue and correspondence necessary with unions / worker representatives, meetings on-site and letters / correspondence to any affected employees and all correspondence emanating from management. To facilitate all internal disciplinary matters of a serious nature in the capacity as chairperson or initiator and to assist in the effective running of an in-sourced Human Resources and Employee Relations facility. The immediate requirements will be incorporated into a medium strategic plan and any immediate requirements actioned.
For difficult or complex labour legal issues, the services of our Advocate is utilised. This may be for an additional cost dependent on the circumstances and issues at hand.
